Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA Engineer works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code. A successful QA tester should be hard-working, have a knowledge of software code and testing methodologies, and be a team player.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
- Good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
- Create User manuals with proper details and instructions.
- Have a good understanding of integration and APIs Testing using Postman etc.
- Help Development team in debugging issues
- Able to handle customer queries and manage customer complaints.
- Able to handle Account implementation.
- Suggest new features and gap analysis.
Skills Description
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer sceince, software engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience QA testing experience (Manual and Automation)
Required Skills
- Good understanding of SaaS Products.
- Have good Knowledge of Automation Testing and can create Automation Tests from scratch.
- Have good knowledge of Load testing tools Example Jmeter.
- Hands-on in Manual testing and Writing strong test cases.
- Good team working and critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently without supervision.
